Our House Rules
Arrival and departure
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. on the arrival date, and check-out is at 12:00 noon on the departure date. For early arrivals, pre-registration may be requested to ensure room availability upon arrival.
Deposit and cancellations
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation. Depending on the room type and rate selected, a deposit may be required. The standard cancellation policy mandates that any cancellation or modification to a reservation must be received by 3:00 p.m. local time, 24 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty. Failure to comply will result in a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay. Note that group bookings, certain dates, and specific room categories may have different terms and conditions.
Rates
Rates fluctuate based on factors such as arrival date, occupancy, accommodation type, and length of stay. All prices are quoted in Euros, per room, per night, and include 10% VAT. Should there be any changes in tax rates, the prices will automatically adjust to reflect the new rates. A city tax of 3.2% is also included. If there is a change in this tax, the adjusted rate will be reflected in the final price.
Children policy
This property is family-friendly and offers various services for children of all ages. Children 12 years and under may stay in their parents‘ room using existing bedding at no additional cost. In certain room types, an extra bed can be provided if needed. An additional charge of 120 Euros applies for any third person aged 13 years and above staying in the room, subject to maximum occupancy rules per accommodation.
Pet policy
Pets are welcome with a daily fee of 80 Euros per pet. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, the following guidelines are in place: Pets are allowed in all dining areas and must be kept on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Pets are not permitted in spa and fitness facilities. Please minimize any indoor barking. Depending on the pet’s breed, a muzzle may be required as per local regulations.
